They support and promote British and Commonwealth interests around the world. The Queen still carries out engagements, even though she is in her 90's

Play polo or other horsey pursuits.

 Shoot things and then front WWF campaigns.

Use private jets and lecture about the environment.

General hypocrisy.

all i know is, The Queen of England lives and the Monarchy exists and is entrenched in the history of this land.

To abolish it would be to abolish our history so to speak.

If we have to abolish then we should also abolish our god awful parliament.

They bring in millions in tourist dollars. I don't personally understand it. We fought a war to be rid of these people! But Americans seem fascinated, and stand outside Buckingham Palace to watch the changing of the guard, and pay huge money to see the royal jewels and tour the palaces. What do we have in the US? The Kardashians.
