What could this embarrassing problem be? itching?
so my balls were itching so intensely that i started bleeding from scratching them..so i went to the doctor (dermatologist) and a few weeks later they did a ultrasound and said every was fine...when i asked about the itching, which still occurs every day for several minutes...my doctor said maybe its all in your head...

Your doctor is saying they did not discover a cause for the itching. That means it's possibly psychosomatic--all in your head--or that the cause was not revealed by what testing and examination they did.
Lots of itching is like that. No known cause. But that doesn't mean the itching isn't real.
There are OTC products intended to reduce itching. I had itching problems when I was pregnant (which can't really be compared to itching balls, I know) and they recommended Gold Bond Powder. It helped a good bit.
And my fast look online to see if I had the product name right (I thought it might be Gold Bond Medicated Powder) shows that lots of men use it for itching there, with success.
Also recommended in some of their testimonials: 100% cotton underwear; boxers not briefs; don't wear underwear more than once; launder pants, sheets, and towels often.
