Is Wienerschnitzel a 5-Star restaurant? If not what is keeping it from being a 5-Star restaurant?

No, it's just a good fast food place. It doesn't have the food or the ambiance to be 5 star.

Wienerschnitzel is a breaded veal cutlet, which the restaurant does not even offer.
it's a little like a steak house that only offers vegetarian / vegan meals

I think it is. The food is excellent. Just because you have to eat your food outside on benches where pigeons fly by and deficate on you does not mean its not worth of being a 5-Star restaurant.
