The Democrats are going after Kavanaugh again?
Stating that the FBI probe of him was "fake". What did the FBI have to probe in the first place? The FBI is a criminal investigation organization, not a wing of any political governance. Am I missing something?
Again, a background check by the FBI is not a criminal investigation. Plus, he ALREADY HAD THE FBI LOOK INTO HIS BACKGROUND. He was a federal judge already.

The FBI was headed up by a Trump appointee - He did what Trump wanted, so yes it was a fake investigation.

One thing you're missing is the fact that all federal judicial appointees are subject to background investigation by the FBI. It's part of their duties. You're also missing the fact that there is always "something to investigate" as part of even the most routine background check.
