My router won't do their job at random time?
sometimes my router just doesn't give me internet, I still connected to them but it just displaying "no internet", and then it turns back on normally after a while.
I'm curious if this because the internet provider has a problem or it's just the router.
because even if I reset it using reset button and turn it off and on, it still doesn't give me internet unless he wants to

you should call your ISP. if they say things look okay on their end, and they haven't been having any issues, then you probably need a new router.
if the new router doesn't fix things, you may have some issues with your computer's wireless card or LAN port.

If you have a Direct Subscriber Line (DSL) the telephone lines may be routed incorrectly. Call the company to have it checked, getting a shorter routing.
If you are a Cable Subscriber, the number of other users logged-In between you and the central office may be too many for the signal to handle.
If Cable, You say "Random", try recording the Day, and TIME you have this problem. I think you will find the "random" occasions follow a schedule. Such as when school is out, or workers return home. Generally 3pm to 5pm and after dinner 8pm.
