who else finds 'seeded brown bread' disgusting and gross ?

some seeded breads are okay, but brown loafs which are heavily seeded with weird seeds that look like bird seeds ...that is a big no no for me. why do people eat such kind of cr4p ?

    Some people think some some seeded bread is crap also. Firstly, the more seeds the healthier it is and secondly, they like the taste.

    Well, me.  That's at least one for your list.  I also don't like bread with funny names, and I sure as hell don't like bread that tastes like sand.  

    I like my bread white and unhealthy, with lots of real butter.  Okay sure that stuff might kill me, but I never planned on living forever so I'm good with it.  When you think about it, a massive heart attack is a pretty good way to go.

    Nuts and seeds are high In nutrients and needed fiber. A lot of people find breads a convenient way to meet their daily requirements. Still, it’s a matter of preference, and many can’t tolerate seeds in their diet, or prefer plain breads.

    They eat it because it is healthy ... and also helps prevent both diabetes and bowel cancer.

    People eat it because it's healthy, low GI, and tastes good.
