Do you block people from answering your questions?
Unless they are being a troll, I think only the lowly of the low block others from answering questions. That is not good honest discussion, that is like having a rally to preach to the ones who are following you anyway.
@ihavqs2 - I put this in politics other because politics is where the trolls who block people seem to be the most abundant.

I don't block people here, but I don't really ask questions either. I have been blocked, am still blocked by some, but hard to say who because they are "anonymous".
I have blocked people in other situations, like on-line games or comments on other forums. Some people are clearly mentally ill, and sure, I block them. There are also some others who do not want an honest discussion anyway, or more likely, just can't leave it alone once the discussion has run its course. They want to argue, not to reach an agreement or make their point. I don't much enjoy arguing for the sake of arguing. I stop listening to you when you stop listening to me. No value in going on. If you want to exchange thoughts, I am all for that. Repetitive criticism of my thoughts, though? You already said that, I already replied, yet you have ignored my reply. Waste of everyone's time so I am done with you.

No I don't, but I rarely ask any due to a certain someone who gets them all deleted.

Only the Racists and the Abusers

I agree completely. I don't ever block anybody, and I don't post anonymously either. The left wing racist has me blocked. I always wonder why someone would pose questions directed toward their opponents, and then block and prevent any opponent from answering their questions? It makes no sense, and it is childish and stupid, in my opinion. Why come to this site and then only get answers from people that agree with you?
P.S. Mark, I would edit the category and place this question into the Politics section, if I were you. That way you might get more answers.

It is silly, because it's not like Facebook where if someone is annoying you or posting baby photos all the time, you would probably block them because they are obviously a narcissist.
On Yahoo Answers, you don't have all that crap, plus all you have to do is answer questions in a category with less trolls to avoid drama.
