Can Dilantin cause a false positive on a covid-19 test?
And not having any luck finding anything on google search, with regards to a Dilantin/covid-19 test.
The person who administered the test, never once asked me if I was on any medications.

They don't need to ask you that, it doesn't matter if you're on medication or not. Your medication shouldn't produce a false positive covid 19 test. Covid 19 tests test for covid 19. If you're positive for covid 19, then you contracted it or were exposed to it.
