I have a USB device for 35mm slides. What app can I DL to use it on Win 10?

    the maker should provide the app --- and the manual will tell you what other apps might work.  start with the one builtin Win 10 and go from there -- there are plenty picture grabbers available from sources such as cnet.com/downloads

    That REALLY depends on which specific device it is that you have, AND whether there are Windows 10 drivers available for that device, my friend.
