homemade snow cones,?
I just bought a homemade Snow Cone Maker, I just waiting for the syrups, but when they come in, all I have do is crush the ice & then put the syrup in, do I put the syrup's in the cup before the ice or on the ice? please let me know, Thanks!

Ever hear of instructions? The syrup goes on top. There's a place in Hawaii that puts a dollop of beans sweetened with cocoa at the bottom of the cup to stop the leaking syrup.
