Agree or Disagree: people need to stop being politically correct?

Disagree. I think there is a balance. I am definitely annoyed by all the pc people but I would be equally annoyed by people who just say things for the sole purpose of upsetting people. Can you imagine how annoying that would be? Like if everyone was always a ****. So I think really people should grow up and stop being super offended over every little thing and at the same time stop being an *** to everyone.

They took away Elmer Fudd's rifle and Yosemite Sam's guns. No fun.

They need to stop worrying about being politically correct, and just start being honest with themselves and others. If you can't tell the truth, the least you can do is not lie.

Political correctness grew out of something that was intended to correct certain habitual uses of language that were damaging to people. So yes, people need to stop being politically correct, but that doesn't mean we should go back to those old damaging language habits.

Everything should be based on mutual respect, but should not be overthinking. Take it easy and be confident.
I don't think discussing someone's skin ( dark or light) is an insult or racist, especially between friends and members of family.

Are we talking about laughing at a veteran in a wheel chair, somebody who gave limbs for their country, or are we talking about not hurting the feelings of a failure who is burning their society down because things aren't going their way, when they contribute literally nothing?
