Under federal law, you can not own a gun if you have a subscription for medical marijuana. Would this be a good reason from a “CONSERVATIVES?

I have long supported removing pot from the Schedule 1 list.  If dumb people want to be fuzzy-brained stoners, why should I care?  

I have also noticed a complete failure by Democrats to have enacted any such changes when they've had control of both chambers of Congress and the White House.

So I'm not sure why you don't ask why liberals and Democrats aren't taking action on it.  Too busy with out of control spending and impeaching Trump, I suppose.

Marijuana NEEDS to be removed from the schedule 1 category post haste! There was/is NO valid reason for weed to be on schedule 1 to begin with because it virtually stops ANY research on it in regards to it's medical usage the ONLY reason this was done was to prosecute Mexicans about 100 YEARS AGO from smoking it while here in the states AND it was an effort to keep marijuana ILLEGAL during the war on drugs from the 70's, 80's and 90's!

I've always said IF Trump had gotten behind decriminalizing or hopefully LEGALIZING marijuana he would have had the 2020 election locked down so tight there would be NO way for there to be ANY voter fraud without the LIEberal left socialist demoCROOK'S hacking EVERY state's 2020 ballot count!!!!

Luckily in my state of Florida the state respects the citizens rights and there's NO issue with me having my concealed weapons permit AND having my medical marijuana card at the same time on a STATE LEVEL! Even the demoCROOK state agriculture commissioner Nikki Fried (the person that handles the CWP's in Florida) has BOTH her CWP AND her MMJ CARDS!!!  Now for the record I do NOT carry ANY firearms IF I'm using anything containing THC that may impair me and when I use ANY THC containing products I do NOT carry it's THAT simple!

Nobody has a Subscription for pot....(a magazine about pot, maybe)

However, it IS legal in some states for a Doctor to Prescribe it.
