Is this Rat pup dumbo?
Hey I bred my rats all of her siblings all obviously have normal ears but she has ears to the side is she dumbo?
Mom and dad are also standard fancy rats and they are from a local pet store, they were sold for feeders so I don't know what the chances are she is a dumbo, probably really low??...
She's so cute...

She is! Dumbo is recessive so the ears her parents have don't really matter - they just have to both carry the dumbo gene.

Looks normal to me but then again, I’ve never really looked at where their ears are. I’ve seen mice with big ears but they never flap down like dumbo.
