    It varies. I got a link to a website where I could print out a certification.

    Here in the states?

    Mostly you get a card with the CDC logo on it with the lot numbers of the first and second dose... but the card itself is not necessarily signed by the immunizer... at least mine wasn't (My pharmacist workmate).

    I did, I got the card when I got the first shot, then got it stamped when I got the second shot.

    I did of course I had the fizer 2 dose so that card was used to track me dose . With the 1 does I don't think so .

    Yes, and it's something you should keep, not just throw away.

    YES AND HANG ONTO IT ....guard it with your life the word is if you don't have one you will not be able to fly .

    And many  business will be  adopting that policy also who wants to enter a building / sports arena etc with a bunch of infected losers .

    Yes, and don't forget it when you go in for your second shot. You may also need your card as proof of vaccination on airplanes. Guard it as closely as you do your Social Security card; it has your DOB on it.

    I did not. I have only gotten the 1st dose so far though.

    Yes and keep it safe, make copies too.
