Why does OkCupid suddenly match me with people I have never seen before?
Recently I have been "matching" or at least matched up with people on okcupid i never swiped right and have never even seen before. Is this a bug? They're not even good matches cause the least I want is monogamy... and these matches sometimes say they look for monogamy or non-monogamy... Then what's the point even of filling out all that crap on their stupid app.

That’s the point of the app, to introduce you to people you don’t know since the ones you’re already friends with wouldn’t consider you as a partner.
