I love the name Eden on a girl. I've always thought the name Combination Eden Juliette was really pretty.

The name Eden is a boy's name meaning "place of pleasure, delight". This Biblical name was rising dramatically for boys, but has plateaued in recent years. Although it's more popular for girls, it's a delightful unisex choice. Eden is one of the Top 100 Boy Names in France.

In Hebrew, boys and girls are named Eden (עֵדֶן), though it's pronounced "EH-den," not "EE-dn." In Western culture, though, it's predominantly a girls' name flowing from how lands and names of lands are generally considered female or feminine, the only exception being Germany (i.e., The Fatherland). But we have seen some movement on that, like Indiana Jones and boys named Dallas and such.
