Is it true that all Math professors are mathematicians? ?

I just found out that there are many mathematicians who works as a math professor..I'm wondering if it is true..

    Are all math professors mathematicians?  How do you define mathematician?  Is a mathematician someone who has a degree in math?  If so, then no.  Someone can have a degree in physics and engineering, and have studied lots of mth, and be a math professor.
