Yahoo Answers is shutting down on 4 May 2021 (Eastern Time) and the Yahoo Answers website is now in read-only mode. There will be no changes to other Yahoo properties or services, or your Yahoo account. You can find more information about the Yahoo Answers shutdown and how to download your data on this help page.
Is there a forum without censorship and moderators/admins. Clear web or deep/dark web IDC, just give me the link.?

I'm not aware of any such thing, but as far as I know, you could host your own. You would have to get your own server and internet connection. The reason places like Parler got shutdown was because they used someone else (Amazon AWS) to host them, and that provider required staying within certain guidelines. All this assumes that you are in the USA. If in another country, state which one.
Source(s): In fact, I host my own website, and can do pretty much whatever I want. But I have no interest in unmoderated forums.
