Why do some people complain so much on social media?

It's like some of them do it just for the sake of it. I think it's better to keep that to yourself but maybe that's just me.

constructive complaints can be useful. but most of the complaints on FB specifically are just qhining to vent frustrations.

They don't have any other option or don't have any listener of their complains that's why. At a stage of life you really need someone to share your all complains and all. That's the one and only reason I think.

Some of them want a Place to Vent its not a good thing to Complain all the time on Social Media but its what some people do some people it makes them feel better to do that
