Physics : Are the same rules of thermodynamics present in the formation of Hurricanes as Galaxies?
There seem to be two working forces in the formation both -- an inward force and a outward force. When they are equal they cancel each other out causing the eye of the storm and the eye of the galaxy (black hole), These forces are of light and gravitation in galaxies, and high and low thermal forces in hurricanes. Correct?

As far as we know, the same rules of thermodynamics apply everywhere.
