Shoe inserts that will help at work, walking on cement or concrete ??
I'm not a big fan of Dr Scholl's. I figure they're $20 maybe to me they are very flimsy. Sure they do help a little but I want something better. What are some good quality shoe inserts that I can buy that will help with my situation. I'm willing to spend $60 if need be.

The trouble with shoe inserts is they need to fit without squeezing your feet. Hence by their nature they end up being a little flimsy.
Visit a shoe retailer who specialises in the right type of footwear. It will cost more than $60, but then you will have an additional pair of shoes specifically for work.
