Since when have Scottish people cared about Mexicans ?

Ever since they realised the legendary England Football manager Mike Bassett hated the bloody Mexicans. Basically England had just been beaten by Mexico in the world cup. Rather than look at their performance, the english coaching staff praised the mexicans and actually complimented their performance (3 cheers for Ramirez). This almost got Bassett the sack. Suddenly Scotland fell in love with Mexico. Thankfully Basset turned it round and England made the semi final of that world cup keeping his job...
