What to do about my mom abusing prescription drugs being delusional?

Its so hard, I am starting a new job soon and barely had any social interaction recently. Going to work 2 weeks without stopping. I'm fully vaccinated and my mom is fully vaccinated. She keeps coming up with reasons related to Covid for not seeing me, but I think the pills are making her delusional we should be able to chill if both vaccinated and im also type O blood which makes me more immune. Often I feel like my mom doesn't love me. Now she is saying she has a cut on her thigh she has to have looked at on the day we were going to chill and I can't see her any other days. I feel like she doesn't like me and isn't direct and is delusional.
