Because female Do Not bleed like from a cut

They are *Shedding* the uterus tissue lining with a small amount of blood

most of it is the broke down Tissue lining.

Don't trust anything that bleeds for 5 days and lives.  Women........I tell ya you can't live with em and ya can't kill em

You wrote hemophobia, not hemophilia.

Oddly, many women who are otherwise terrified of blood aren't bothered by their own periods, because they understand them as a natural process.  It's blood from other sources that causes problems for them.

You don't lose that much actual blood during your period.  And it is almost unheard of for a woman to have hemophilia.  Women carry the gene not the disease.
