All depends how much fat you have in your body. Cannabis is stored in fat cells. BUT....if you are having a drug test, drink NETTLE TEA. That'll disburse the cannabis quicker. Goldenseal does NOTHING. AND they actually test for goldenseal. Use the Nettle.
