Is ''I will have had been...'' correct?
If we go to McDonalds for lunch everyday I will have had eaten 30 burgers by the end of the month.
A perfected moment in the hypothetical future?

No- "I will have eaten"
The future perfect is "will" plus the perfective auxiliary "have" plus the past participle of the main verb.
You could also say "I will have had 30 hamburgers" with "had" as the past participle of the main verb, and a synonym for "eaten".
You can also have future perfect progressive.
If I go to McDonald for lunch every day this month, I will have been eating hamburgers for 30 days.
In your sentence "every day" is two words. It's one word when it's an adjective before a noun.
Lunch is an everyday activity.
