Why are people so uneducated about LGBT+? ?

The only education that people need about LGBT+ is that there is no such thing.

I think folks already  more than won  full acceptance, and protections, and inclusion.

THE BATTLE IS WON. Don't fight for what you already got!  Use it!  :D  Freedom, yea!   

Unfortunately they're poorly educated about the pervert alphabet because that's how the propaganda is spun. Little do they know that perverts spread disease like wildfire, are extremely promiscuous, incredibly violent and more likely to be a criminal, have more mental and physical ailments, and more. Open your mind to the statistical data, reality. You'll come away with the idea that the Bible was right.

The main negative influence for most people is religion.

To clarify it isn't the religion itself, but how it's been abused by unscrupulous religious leaders who scapegoat the LGBT+ community to keep the press full. You see the same tactic in politics on the radical right. They scapegoat various communities for political gain. You get people angry and you can emotionally hook them for life.

Exactly they are ignorant and closed minded. I don’t like straight people

Most of us aren't purposefully closing our minds. We just don't care about how you perceive yourself or who you fancy. It's not meant as an insult. We just don't care. Do what you want. Leave us out of it.
