If the left attends news media, but doesn't use any language of the right, would terms like squatter, deserter and striker be re-assessed?
Again, striker is a reference to the national government's strike action, of when people refuse to do labour

There are plenty of words the media are eager to use; white Brits who go abroad (anywhere in the world) to live are sweetly called 'ex-pats', whereas blacks (from anywhere in the world...or rather 'not Europe, UK or North America' who try the same thing are 'immigrants'. Both terms are as loaded as hell, with one describing 'educated, rich professionals working abroad' (think of those in Torremolinos who have money put into their bank account weekly, and take low-paid cash-in-hand jobs), and 'dodgy immigrants' who are on the run from their bombed country and who risk their lives crossing seas to either join their family in somewhere like Oldham, or show a far greater eagerness to work at dull jobs than any Brits would.
