I posted a question about this like just before yours but Mourinho has won all his 5 games against Bielsa, we'll see what happens in May when Spurs meet Leeds but so far he has the best record against Bielsa I think. VS Guardiola though, his biggest fan, Bielsa has 1 win, 2 draws and 2 defeats.
