Is there anything I can do regarding past defamation of character and several unfair dismissals?
A workplace bully, who got me fired from his company, had been keeping me unemployed for most of 2020 by impersonating me on several job search engines and making SEVERAL applications with each job posted. I fear such attack towards me will indefinitely prevent me from getting any other jobs after my current one which has been a contributing factor to my depression. I was a hard working employee of his company who always showed up to all shifts, including overtime shifts.
This workplace bully is a line leader who does nothing but walk around the factory. He framed me for plastic contamination because another employee had told him I "reported" him to management, when it was that other employee who reported him. The other employee used me as a scapegoat to save his own job.
This workplace bully has limited my job opportunities and always looks very angry when he knows I am employed elsewhere.
If the bully is not impersonating me on several job search engines, he's trying to get me fired from my new jobs each time I mention my employers on Facebook before impersonating me again on the job search engines.

Without adequate evidence, no. You've got to have paper-trail proof and witnesses.
