Like most of the on line world, the website owner and operators do not want to be contacted and will make it impossible, or incredibly hard to do so.

If you do manage to find a contact person, that individual will have instructions from their employer to offer only approved answers that will be read from a script.

It's just one more obvious reason, in the millions of reasons, of how the internet has destroyed our society.

Short answer, you don't. All you can do is contact their tech support division, otherwise known as Yahoo plus. And you have to pay. If you call the number at the 'Be Bee Bee', you will be told they cannot take your call at this time. As you see, I had to write in code, otherwise my answer will be hidden; they want to keep their rating a big secret!

WHY ---- there's no one in the office and hasn't been for years. Every once in a while the old janitor comes in and wipes the fly SHlT off the windows.
