What happens if Kamala dies?

Let's say Kamela dies from a heart attack, aneurysm, brain cancer or something like that and then Nancy dies bc she's just old af, who would the president be if Bidet is declared incompetent to continue serving as president? Let's also assume something has happened (naturally) to both the Senate and House.
