can plants crossbreed like this seeds growing in same area in soil would it produce seperate hybrid?

    Seeds are already the next generation, when sexually compatible plants that are have different genetics are grown near each other they can cross and the next generation will have a mix of characteristics of the two parents.  

     Hybrid has a few different meanings. In this case the offspring of two plants or animals of different species or varieties is a hybrid.

    Yes, plants growing near each other can cross breed. They can produce plants that don't look exactly like the parent plants. I don't know exactly how a hybrid plant is defined, so I'm not sure if a crossbreed plant is a hybrid.
