if you were accused of a crime then would you rather die?

or would you get locked up in jail and serve time I would commit suicide.

    Being accused is a far cry from being convicted.  

    If I was convicted, and I was guilty, I would look forward to serving my time

    If I was convicted and I was innocent, I would reluctantly serve my time.

    I would not commit suicide.  That would accomplish nothing.

    Bring accused isn't punishable.
