Border surge smashes records - the Whitehouse solution? Pay off Central American governments. Miss Trump yet?

America bails out every country that is detrimental sooner or later . Mexico got 20billion when the new 100's came out . The first American Hundred Dollar bills came from across the Border in Brownsville California to purchase cars from border auctions .

Auctions line the border because used cars in Mexico are worth twice what they bring in the US . NPR  PBS sold 600 every month .  They all brought brand new 100's for months before the banks even saw them . 

It is more of a increase than grant
