Is there anyway I can install a heads up display to be built into my car permanently?

Also, is there some kind of reflective tint or film I can put on my whole windshield so it doesn’t look like there is just one little spot that has the film on it

The only head up you need is Low or No Oil Pressure which is a red light on the speedometer that turns On(red means STOP THE ENGINE NOW) not 10 miles later.

The other red light is when the battery is not being charged.   That can be on all day if you do not use head lights, A/C, fan, rear window defroster, or any thing electric...you can drive 600 miles.  I know, I had to do it and then put the battery on a battery charger overnight.  With headlights on, you probably got less than 1 mile.  Good chance alternator belt broke off. So you need another immediately...so that red light shuts off.

You can't put ANYTHING on the front windshield while you drive the car as that interferes with you ability to see.

Reflective film is illegal in most states and can never be used on front windows.
