woman saying I made her depressed and suicidal?
there's this woman I started to follow on ig she was kinda hot and im just liking her pics and then she starts checking my profile and I start sending her pics for fun and I talk to her a bit and then a few months go by and I decide it is not a good idea and I stop talking to her and liking her pics
and now she says she is depressed because I left, should I do something ?

Maybe you could tell her to get a good psychologist, but this is a clear attempt at emotional manipulation and it's highly unlikely she's really suicidal.

No. Protect yourself by withdrawing from the crazy person.
Becoming suicidal because someone you never met stops liking your Instagram posts is a giant red flag for crazy.
I don't care how hot she is. It won't be worth it.
