Cons...“But but he should of complied” isn't that your go-to line for justifying police brutality and murder? What’s your excuse for this? ?

Update:

And I’m not even talking about all conservatives....But you know who you are...The ones who can watch a black man being beaten or even murdered, on video, yet never seem to want to hold the officer accountable and always quick to demonize the victim

Update 2:

Y....If you can watch this and blame him, not the police. Then There’s no hope for you. You are a hateful and evil person and that’s likely all you’ll ever be

Should have not should of. I don't want to watch your video. I still think that cooperation with the cops instead of resisting and fighting will keep you from getting hurt. or worse.

Interestingly enough, his "failure to comply" probably saved his life.

If he had removed his hands from the open window and reached down to open his locked door, they would have shot him for "reaching for a weapon".  Not pepper-sprayed him.

Their report even said he had a gun in the car.  Which is completely legal in that state.  And why *no charges were filed*.

    ---

Incidentally, he was supposedly pulled over because there was no license plate visible.  Yet in the dashcam video the temporary tag (also completely legal) could be clearly seen in the back window.

Again, why no charges were filed.

You're right he should have been rioting for Tv's in a Democrat city, then the cops wouldn't have touched him.

Did he get out when he was told to get out? No, regardless of the commentary, which is claiming otherwise. He did not exit when instructed, instead argued and refused to, guess what? Comply with the directions given.

That particular stop was absolutely ridiculous. At times he was given conflicting instructions or impossible to do instructions.
