Why people in YA posts sexual questions?

"Because kids as young as 13 may participate in Yahoo Answers, sexually explicit and vulgar language and images are not welcome on the site. Also not welcome are belligerence, insults, slurs and generally objectionable speech. If you wouldn't say it in public, don't post it on Answers."

It's pretty obvious that as time passed, YA was less and less moderated. People who chose to post material expressly forbidden often faced no consequences for it, and of course plenty of them tried to expand the envelope in terms of what they could get away with. Even when they were banned, such users could create a new account and start up again right away, with no penalty, no additional oversight, nothing.

Most 13 years olds know more about sexually explicit stuff than some adults
