What will happen If Microsoft Buy Sony?

Would Playstation Console get shut down ? Would all Playstation rights go to Microsoft ? Would Microsoft bring back all the old games to PC ?

    Both game platforms are of sufficient value that 

    discontinuing either would be stupid.
