With Biden’s federal law on transsexual athletes is Florida law unconstitutional ?

    Uh, no. Making EO doesn't amend the constitution. It's clearly a title IX violation against women to let men play in women's sports. Not that trans people will admit it, because that would be admitting they're not the sex they pretend.

    They are no federal laws that specifically protect transgender people. That's why it's important that Congress pass the Equality Act.
