I am tired of the bigots in this country on transsexuals people why aren’t states being held accountable on discrimination laws with Biden ?

States being held responsible is up to the people being discriminated against taking it to court, not Joe Biden taking some kind of action. 

Biden came in with no help from the right. Transition a muck. And a pandemic out of control. He is the President. Not God. He makes suggestions. Republicans could care less. Its shameful and un-American.

There are procedures that have to be followed, challenges to laws have to work their way through the courts, this is a time consuming process, Biden has no control over it.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but, Biden does not control what states do.
