Both Ruth and Joe are right, unfortunately boneheads went ahead and packed the courts with regressives. Republicans did not appoint a single moderate to the federal bench.

Democrats are not known for their honesty. 
Even with videos showing Democrats saying bad things about Mail in Voting, Court packing, Removing the Filibuster etc, they will still push it if they think it will get them re elected.
