If we met aliens do you think we would exchange religious and philosophical beliefs?

I feel like that's what happened with ancient humans, even in advanced interstellar societies I still see religions and spiritual beliefs persisting

    We do all the time.

    2) I feel like that's what happened with ancient humans, even in advanced interstellar societies I still see religions and spiritual beliefs persisting

    OK, extraterrestrials...

Well...I see two problems with your proposal.

#1 - It assumes that ET intelligence will have the same perspective on exchange of goods and ideas with humans...as did human explorers with other humans during the Age of Exploration. Remember: if we accept the theory of evolution, then life evolved independently on our planet. That means that any ET life form is going to different from humans. VERY different from humans.

    - more different from humans than are chimpanzees

    - more different from humans than are dogs

    - more different from humans than are lizards

    - more different from humans than are rainbow trout

    - more different from humans than are lobsters

    - more different from humans than are jellyfish

    - more different from humans than is seaweed

We don't know WHAT their attitude might be toward alien species...particularly a species as alien as is ours.

#2 - The so-called Fermi Paradox (FP). One of the possible explanations for it is that, in our galaxy, there is a technologically advanced society (far more advanced than any other) that views all other (more primitive) societies who have reached a particular technological state as VERMIN or (at least) as DANGEROUS ENEMIES. According to this explanation of the FP, as soon as any planet advances to a technological state sufficient to gain the notice of this advanced culture, that culture ***wipes out the burgeoning species*** (for the sake of its own safety and/or convenience).

Certainly in history there have been human societies that acted similarly!

So: it's not hard to imagine that such an ET society COULD exist (thus explaining the FP).

    Well!

Is it easier that you might meet Santa Claus, than the supposed Aliens?

However, nothing is certain that, you might meet the Demon Spirits, in the form of the Aliens, or other figures..., you can ask them, if atheism has an advantage to enter Hell!

Real intelligent life doesn't slavishly worship anyone and isn't a slave to a small elite subspecies known as the Jews. In fact they probably dealt with beings trying to plant them on their planet it's an old trick.

You assume the more intelligent will have a need for the gods to make their lives livable.

head for the border and see.

    (i live in Calif-)

i believe in these illegal aliens. (not green men)

try the Texas border first though.

you will know why when you get there.

So remember, when you're feeling very small and insecure

How amazingly unlikely is your birth

And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space

'Cause it's bugger all down here on Earth
