Should we teach self driving cars how to road rage? Or will they figure it out? Asking for a friend?

Short answer: No. We can rage all we want without machines doing it for us.
Why don't you put a sign on your car that says, "Self Driving Car", to see how other drivers treat you.
Self-driving cars probably drive better than half the drivers on the road, so they don't need to rage at anyone. Machines have no emotions. It might be possible to program some aggressive skill into the computer, but that isn't rage. If you enjoy violence on the road, stay home and play Grand Theft Auto.

Will they have a need for road rage? They are programmed to drive correctly which means you will not violate other people on the road. I picture owners inside being full of rage because their car is respectful and accurate.

Since the CCP Chinese will be programming and building the electronics, they will no doubt have access to them via backdoors.
So they can easily decide to crash them all or command them to crash into a target

After Skynet goes live, the self driving cars will become self-aware and begin to slaughter us all.
It's going to make Maximum Overdrive look like a kids show...

Based on the amount of stupidity in this country, I'm sure the self driving car will figure it out on its own just fine.
