do you teach your children they're expected to get married and give you grandchildren when they grow up?

I lived in an Islamic household and my mom was training me to become a house wife. I was forced off into marriage with my cousin which I suffered in for an entire year before making the decision to leave.

You should teach them that their life is theirs and they can do whatever they want to do in it, as long as they're not harming or hurting anyone. Whatever makes my baby happy, thats all that matters to me.

I told her to go out there and live her life to the fullest and make herself happy.

Just be independent and responsible.

No just the opposite.  Marriage is a waste of energy and time.

I’ve told my kids please consider not getting married but have a monogamous relationship without living together. You will be much happier 

Kids are another No no

I teach them what's in the Bible.  Marry your soulmate and start a family...of course husband and wife are family and so is one person with God but we're meant to marry.

I do not say anything about their adult lives. I do not care if they marry or not, nor do I care about having grandchildren, Its their life, not mine.

i dont have kids, been single all my life

I don't have children, but if I did, I would not be brainwashing them into believing they should try and please me in that way. I am not a selfish, ignorant narcissist. 

I would teach them they have the choice to live how they want as adults
