Might the end of Yahoo Answers not happen?

I am 100% sure it will happen. If the site hadn't been falling apart for years, I might question it. However, the site has lost more and more features over the years, so I can believe it.

The people who own and run this site said that they will be closing it, I believe them.

Correct, there are petitions running wild to keep the website alive.  

Of course it won't happen, it's just a ruse to get all of the trolls to post a ton of troll questions so they can suspend them all
