Is it great that NZ will cancel smoking by 3 years time? Its great for the normal clean air types,but what about the angry hateful smokers?

No, not great at all. Nothing like a government treating the citizenry like so much livestock. Next it will be a fried food ban, no more sodas, mandatory  morning calisthenics,  and finally a mandatory national bedtime. Pathetic.
