What's the most tactful way to tell a woman she is being emotionally manipulated?

With a work history in abuse shelters and a history of abusing partners myself, I see some people's relationships like $100 bills on the ground. If you're a dick, it would be really hard to pass up such a perfect opportunity to be evil and have a sex slave who will truly worship you and apologize for making you stab her!

So do I start the conversation with "yo *****..." or what?

Say "I don't think that you're in a healthy relationship." Explain that there strong signs/red flags that she is being emotionally manipulated. You might have to clarify that you're not trying to insult anyone, be intrusive, or make a move, but rather you're letting her know out of courtesy. What she decides to do with that information is her choice. Keep in mind that this could backfire if you get involved in someone's business.

Unless you're her therapist or she asks your advice you don't tell her. Telling people hard truths they don't want to hear is generally a waste of time. The problem with manipulated "sex slave" type relationships is that a guy never knows when he's effing with Lorena Bobbitt or Jodi Arias, so it can be very dangerous.

I'm afraid that you will have to be blunt about it. There's not really an effective way to be tactful about it.
