I think a better question is why do you care if your cousin is a virgin? Her sex life is absolutely none of your business. I’m not sure why you think you’re entitled to know this information at all.

If you think it's your business to know, ask her.  If she thinks you should know, she'll tell you.   Of course she may also ask you WTF is wrong with you, so be ready for that answer.
